Robert represented my wife and I on two purchases in Palm Springs, CA. Although Robert is a Realtor In Orange County; he took the time to familiarize himself and do his due diligence in becoming and expert in the Palm Springs and surrounding areas in Real Estate. Not only did he get us the two homes we wanted; he was able to get them at a price that surprised us! One was new construction and the other was existing. On the new construction; Robert was able to get us a builder credit in the amount of $20k without us even knowing he was negotiating this. Robert is highly recommended, reliable and communicative.
